During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the variety of activities and attractions available. The hotel had a jazz performance every night with a talented singer and small band, which was quite enjoyable. The stage effects during the performance were even better than what I've seen at the Royal Opera House in London. the hotel was conveniently located close to a tea valley, a waterfall, and the biggest Buddha at the top of a nearby mountain.
One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the poor service and transportation arrangements. The hotel shuttle was not reliable, and we had to find our own way to the hotel, which was quite inconvenient.

Amazing experience! Stunning lobby with beautiful art and architecture. the suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food. the view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the lake and mountains.
Lack of facilities, especially for a 5-star hotel. No swimming pool and only the gym was part of the hotel.

This venue feels like a paradise with its luxurious amenities , indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun terrace, garden area, and entertainment programmes. the Spa and wellness centre is perfect for relaxation as we indulged in massages, facials, and beauty treatments. the restaurant's special diet menus and private facilities, as well as the in, room breakfast service, are amazing. With such wonderful location advantages, it was a pleasure to experience the hot spring and open, air bath. Cons: the minor issue here concerned the check, in service that wasn't very fast and efficient.
